Equine Portraits

A picture might capture a thousand words, but a photograph that captures the unique bond between rider and horse is priceless. At Fifth Lane Photography, we offer an individualised experience that aims to show off this relationship in the most natural of backdrops. Situated in the heart of Canberra, our photography studio is surrounded by paddocks, with the ACT Equestrian Park located adjacent to our property. With six horses currently stabled on our property, our personal experience in working with horses and capturing these intimate moments between horse and rider is second to none.  When you come in for your planning appointment, we will discuss all the details to craft your portraits and will help you prepare you and your horse to be photographed.  We have the option to come to you on your property in the ACT region, or you are welcome to come to our property and use one of our paddocks.

This experience can be personalised with focus on memories that you may have made together, such as medals, saddles, ribbons or any memorabilia that you may wish to have incorporated into your photoshoot. We know that your horse is a big part of your family, and we’d love to discuss how we can incorporate them into your family shoot or incorporate your family into your equine shoot!
